With his endorsement contract with Nike set to expire in the summer of 2026, Kylian Mbappé is currently engaged in negotiations regarding a potential extension of his partnership with the sportswear giant. Meanwhile, several other brands are reportedly vying to secure a deal with the star forward for the French national team and Real Madrid.

The question of who will be the next kit sponsor for the French captain remains. Discussions between Nike and Kylian Mbappé for a contract extension are still ongoing.

Under Armour Among Those Interested

According to sources close to the matter, there is a 'significant disparity' between the financial expectations of the 2018 World Cup winner and Nike's current offer. Several brands, including Under Armour, are reportedly attempting to attract the Real Madrid forward, whose partnership with Nike is under review ahead of its scheduled end in 2026.

The stakes are incredibly high for the American sportswear giant, especially with the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico, and Canada just a few months away. Losing a player of Mbappé's caliber, who consistently scores goals for both club and country, to a competitor would represent a significant setback.

Reports have indicated that the 27-year-old Real Madrid forward's financial demands, consistent with players of his stature, are in the tens of millions of euros. His next endorsement deal, whether with Nike or another brand, is widely anticipated to set new records.

Separately, Désiré Doué and Nike are reportedly close to reaching an agreement, though nothing has been formally signed yet. If the deal materializes, the PSG midfielder could earn over 3 million euros annually. Having recently seen Adidas gain ground in signing emerging talents, Nike aims to invest in the 20-year-old French player and establish him as one of the brand's key faces.
